The crowd at The Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata had turned up for a vibrant start which at the end was a “Rainy” start as the opening ceremony of the eighth edition of Pepsi IPL dazzled with the Bollywood Bash. With the delay in beginning the things one and a half hours, the crowd still was energized to cheer for their heroes who were there to begin the game in their own style. Huge number of spectators cheered for Shah Rukh Khan, the King of Bollywood and the franchise owner of Kolkata Knight Riders, their very special man, Gautam Gambhir and the Vice Captain of Indian team and the Captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore, Virat Kohli.
The show was turned electrifying when the Bollywood actor and stunning personality, Hritik Roshan performed at the beginning and it was all the curtain raiser for the Pepsi IPL 2015. There was a performance of Anushka Sharma as well who turned the show alive with her magnetic performance. It was all begun with a group photograph of the eight teams’ captains led by the Indian Captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni followed by Ravi Shastri posed. It was all fireworks in the sky and the City of Joy, Kolkata was all welcomed the “India Ka Tyohaar”, The Pepsi IPL 2015.
